Due to the nature of our products, all hair extensions are final sale once opened, worn, installed, altered, or used in any way.

Store Credit Returns (Unopened Items Only)

We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

• Lace must be uncut, untinted, and uncustomized

• Hair must show no signs of wear, installation, manipulation, or odor

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

• Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval

Once the return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued store credit only in the form of a digital gift card.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

• Opened or installed hair

• Worn or altered products

• Cut, colored, or processed hair

• Lace that has been cut, tinted, or customized

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist.
